Vinkhaus activPilot fittings
An improved version of the Concept fittings is activPilot. This model differs from the previous one by reducing the number of elements in the structure due to the versatility of the remaining ones and by making it easier to adjust the fittings during thermal expansion of the window profile.
The design uses a stepped tilt of the sash (when tilted, the sash can be fixed in several positions). Double-hung windows can be equipped with a handle that has a button; by pressing the button, a lever will extend, which will automatically open the second sash.
In addition to these upgrades, the design of the fittings has also undergone changes. For example, the use of smooth transitions and rounded corners makes cleaning the fittings easier.

In the design, the doors are located in aluminum guides and move according to the principle of a sliding wardrobe, i.e. parallel. How does the system work? You turn the handle, and the mechanism lifts the sash 0.5-1 cm above ground level and extends the rollers. You move the door along the guide “rail” to the side and turn the handle in the opposite direction. The sash is lowered and fixed in this position.

The autoPilot Concept fittings are the main product of the company; it is a kind of symbiosis of two models - Pilot and autoPilot. Can be used on plastic and wooden windows. The main improvements to the design are increased tightness and anti-burglary characteristics of the window.
The new mechanism for locking the window when tilted has seven positions. In addition, the color palette of decorative hinge overlays has been significantly expanded. The company can also produce custom-made overlays in any color.
Window fittings from the autoPilot Concept series have a wide range of models:

A distinctive feature of the Elegance model is that the structural elements are not visible. The hinges are installed in a special fitting groove. This feature allows the window structure to look more elegant, but does not in any way affect its performance or burglary-proof qualities.
The main focus in the production of the Ergo model line is to increase the ease of use of a window located in a hard-to-reach place. Such a place could be a flight of stairs, a bathroom, etc. Ease of use is achieved by moving the window handle lower than in basic models and by other technical features.
The Control model range has electronic contacts with which the locking is controlled. A window equipped with such fittings can be included in a security alarm system or control the microclimate in the room.
DuoPort SK is used mainly for large windows: heights up to 2.7 m and sashes weighing up to 200 kg. Such structures are usually located in limited spaces, so a sash with duoPort SK fittings can not only tilt, but slide.
And the installation depth can be only 35 mm. This technical solution allows you to easily operate even such a heavy window. The duoPort SK-Z modification uses automatic handle control, which allows even a child to handle the window.
A special feature of the Comfort models is the parallel displacement function. The window sash is shifted 6 mm parallel to the frame, so a ventilation gap appears along the entire perimeter of the sash. The anti-burglary properties do not change.
