Gealan S 3000 (Gealan S 3000)
The two sealing contours of this basic system with an installation depth of 62 mm reliably protect against blow-off and moisture penetration. However, it must be taken into account that three-chamber windows made from 3000 series profiles are only suitable for use in the southern regions. In the central and northern regions they can be used exclusively for glazing loggias, balconies and unheated industrial or warehouse premises. Also, windows from such systems are assembled for installation in those dachas that are hardly used in winter.
Gealan S 7000 IQ (Gealan S 7000 IQ)
The installation depth increased to 74 mm and 5 internal chambers did their job - warm windows from Gealan S 7000 IQ profiles can be used for glazing residential and office premises in the Central Federal District of the Russian Federation. This system with 3 sealing circuits and an installation depth of 82 mm was developed using several innovations. Thanks to the use of STV® technology, structures assembled from it retain a stable shape even under increased external loads. The use of IKD® innovation in the GEALAN-FUTURA series, created on the basis of the Gealan 9000 system, has made it possible to increase the energy efficiency of the products. The S 9000 series is considered universal and is suitable for assembly:
- entrance swing doors;
- windows;
- lift-sliding doors.
All of these profiles have differences. Gealan windows have 6 internal chambers in sashes, frames and mullions. Sliding and swing door blocks are assembled from 5-chamber systems. To improve the insolation of premises, more about which can be found in the review on WindowsTrade, it is recommended to order the assembly of structures from GEALAN-LUMAXX® profile systems. They are also included in the S 9000 series and feature reduced sash and frame widths, allowing the windows to let in more light.
Profiles ONLY of the highest class “A”
According to GOST 30673-99 “PVC profiles for window and door blocks” in terms of the thickness of the internal walls, ALL of our profiles are the highest class “A” - the thickness of their front wall is at least 3 mm.

Gealan Kubus profiles use innovative technologies - STV® and IKD®, thanks to which the structures retain heat well and retain their shape. On the street side, door and window blocks of this series are coated with Acrylcolor. Gealan Kubus does not have glazing beads and another profile is added from the inside, which makes this system completely different from others.
Sliding system Gealan SMOOVIO
The Gealan SMOOVIO system is suitable for assembling blocks with a height of up to 3 meters. The use of fundamentally new fittings with improved rollers ensures smooth sliding of even heavy sashes. A closed sealing loop and a special locking device prevent blowing and leakage of structures. This system is suitable for the production of blocks with 2 or 4 blind and active leaves. IKD® TECHNOLOGY
The technology of filling the main chamber of the IKD® profile with a heat insulator was developed by German GEALAN engineers in order to increase the thermal insulation properties of the frame profile. The filling process takes place on special equipment in Germany under the strict supervision of specialist technologists. The thermal insulation mixture is supplied under high pressure. This prevents the formation of voids, and therefore the frame will not freeze in severe frosts.
When combining IKD® technology with the dry static gluing technology of STV® double-glazed windows, the thermal insulation value reaches 1.15 m2*C/W. This combination of technologies also makes it possible in some cases to eliminate reinforcement. This means the weight of the finished product will be less and it will be easier to install.
The unique IKD® development is presented only in GEALAN profile systems and meets the requirements of the Passive House. It is perfect for both urban buildings and country houses.
WARM JOINT WITH IKD® TECHNOLOGY
An additional support profile attached to the bottom of the frame creates a barrier and protection from the cold.
