Over many years, IVAPER has developed its own quality control system, which is observed here unconditionally. Its parameters are significantly higher than GOST requirements. Our own laboratory ensures that the raw materials entering the workshops do not let us down. At the stage of technological cycles, all instructions are also strictly followed.

The geometry of finished PVC profiles is checked in each batch using no less than 50 parameters. To test the profile's resistance to impact, samples are frozen and then hit with a 1 kg steel ball from a height of 1 m. The profile is only considered to have passed the test if at least 9 out of 10 samples pass the damage test.
