Hinged window-door design of KRAUSS profiles, P400 series
Designed for the manufacture of office partitions, windows and doors. Processing of the profile is similar to the sliding series, only the profile is cut at an angle of 45. Profiles ONLY of the highest class “A”
According to GOST 30673-99 “PVC profiles for window and door blocks” in terms of the thickness of the internal walls, ALL of our profiles are the highest class “A” - the thickness of their front wall is at least 3 mm.
GOST standards for different classes:

- class “B”: front wall not less than 2.5 mm

Features of KRAUSS aluminum profiles
Profile systems are manufactured from aluminum-magnesium-silicon alloys, both hollow and combined in accordance with GOST 22233-2001 with a finishing coating of anodizing or powder polymer coating in RAL colors; in the combined profile, a thermal break based on glass-filled polyamide inserts is used to block heat flow.
A system of basic KRAUSS profiles, additional elements, ESSE’s own fittings or hardware systems from world-famous brands (Roto, Maco, Giesse, etc. under the “European groove”) can be used to assemble the target structure (windows, doors, stained glass windows, entrance lobby, anti-aircraft lanterns, façade glazing), however de facto:
- in the mandatory certification system, System Aluminum JSC has a certificate of compliance with GOST 22233-2001 only for hollow and solid profiles (C-RU.PB21.V.00600), i.e. the combined profile with a polyamide thermal insulating insert of the KRWD-64, KRWD-71, KRLS-64 series is not certified as a solid product;

Those. so far, all KRAUSS profiles are in fact a thing-in-itself (a thing in itself) and this is their critical difference from the aluminum profile systems Schuco (Shuko), SIAL, ALUTECH (Alutech), ALUMARK (Alumark), VIDNAL (Vidnal), supplied with certificates of conformity and certification test reports for both the profiles themselves and the structures assembled from them.
ONLY frost-resistant profiles
According to GOST 30673-99 “PVC profiles for window and door units” for resistance to climatic influences, ALL of our profiles are “frost-resistant” - for areas with an AVERAGE monthly air temperature in January BELOW minus 20°C.
GOST standards for different classes:
- normal version “N”: the average temperature in January is minus 20°C and above
- frost-resistant version “M”: the average temperature in January is lower than minus 20°C

Heat transfer resistance (thermal thermal resistance) is the main thermal insulation coefficient. Krauss brand belongs to the Russian company Astek-MT , founded in 2002. In 2006, the company bought four lines for the production of PVC window profiles from the Austrian extrusion equipment manufacturer Technoplast and began producing them under the Krauss brand.
