Exprof profile – domestically produced products. Exprof company from Eastern Siberia. In 2001, production began to operate on the basis of an already existing enterprise. Already in 2003, it opened representative offices with dealer warehouses in Moscow, Ufa, Irkutsk, Omsk, and Novosibirsk. The systems supplied to the Russian market are manufactured on German equipment using imported additives. At the same time, the basis of the profiles is domestically produced PVC resin. The quality of raw materials meets industry international standards. Currently, the company operates 29 co-extrusion lines, and the Exprof company itself is one of the top five largest Russian manufacturers of systems for assembling plastic windows. Its product range consists of 74 items, profiles and various auxiliary components. These products are also successfully sold outside of Russia - in Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
Exprof profile systems
A distinctive feature of these systems is that the Exprof profile was developed on the basis of the best foreign technologies, but taking into account Russian climatic conditions. Experienced specialists from Belgium, South Korea and Austria took part in its creation. All profile production lines are controlled by a Siemens automated control system. Product samples were tested for frost resistance not at -20 °C, as required by GOST, but at -30 °C.
In the manufacture of systems of all brands, stabilizers are used, which give them a snow-white color, resistance to ultraviolet radiation and low temperatures, as well as a high degree of immunity to atmospheric conditions. Exprof windows can be assembled not only from white, but also from tinted or laminated profiles. Various removals of the fitting groove for mounting sash closing mechanisms allow you to select a system that is optimally suited for the manufacture of structures with the required safety class. Currently, the manufacturer offers customers several types of profiles. Regardless of the modification, all Exprof PVC profiles are offered to the buyer in two versions:
- without sealing contours for EPDM integration;
- with TPE contours stretched in plastic.
Plastic components for assembling all types of Exprof windows can be white or painted in the paste. There is also the possibility of single- and double-sided lamination. Any system from the Exprof range is compatible with auxiliary elements - connecting and expansion profiles. Thanks to this, it is possible to manufacture various structures of complex shapes for glazing balconies, entrance lobbies, bay windows, as well as verandas and terraces. Double-glazed windows and sandwich panels in door and window blocks made from Exprof profiles are equipped with self-made clamping beads, which have a post-coextruded seal made of soft polyvinyl chloride.
Montblanc
Production is concentrated in the Russian Federation, but it is carried out on German equipment. That is, Montblanc is a profile for windows made in Russia. The manufacturer offers 6 modifications of profiles: 1 – six-chamber, 2 – five-chamber, 3 – three-chamber. The products are of high quality, but belong to the “economy” class. The series is presented in two versions: Profecta and ProfectaPlus. The second option is distinguished by a shift in the fitting groove from the base 9 mm to 13 mm and reinforced reinforcement of the imposts, which makes it possible to manufacture burglar-resistant windows.
German profile Rehau
Recognized leader of the Russian PVC window market. Offers 6 types of window profiles, from “economy” to “elite” class. The German company has every reason to lead the rating of profile manufacturers. There are companies in Chelyabinsk that are partners of Rehau, however, their number is limited, since the manufacturer works only with well-equipped technically companies that are issued a certificate.

First of all, it is necessary to determine how many isolated cells it should have. Generally speaking, the more cameras (maximum six), the better. Structures made from this profile are classified as economy class products. Despite the cost, the manufacturer guarantees durability - 60 years.
Comparison with Schuco profile
This brand produces the highest class products, because all production is concentrated in Germany. Profiles with depths of 82, 70, 60 mm, designed for three- and five-chamber double-glazed windows, are supplied to the Russian market.
Seven-chamber windows are already a rarity and an unreasonable luxury, although such windows are most suitable for the regions of the Far North.
It is not surprising that Schuco products are included in the rating of the best profiles for plastic windows, since they have a moderate cost and strive with all their might to become elite.
Breathable windows Exprof Aero
The Practica, Profecta, Experta and Suprema systems are compatible with wide frames that have a special internal structure. The installation depth of such elements is 101 mm. If you combine a regular profile for the sashes and an upgraded system for the frame, you can assemble windows with improved characteristics. The addition to the name of the system in the form of the term “Aero” means that windows assembled from such profiles are capable of independently ventilating rooms.
Ventilation of interior spaces occurs with hermetically sealed doors. The secret of this technology is that the Exprof PVC profile has special channels through which air enters the rooms from the street. This process occurs due to natural draft, which is formed due to a slight difference in the pressure values on the street and in the rooms. In winter, the air has time to warm up inside the profile, due to which heat loss during such ventilation is minimized.
Exprof tested these systems and experimentally proved that Exprof Aero breathable windows function well even when the temperature drops to -20 °C. The design of the air intakes, which are located on the outside of the windows, prevents water, dust and other debris from entering the profile. Valves that allow heated air to pass into the premises are located in the upper part of the frame. With a strong wind in winter, up to 12 m³ of cold air can enter a room through one window per hour. However, even this volume is not enough to significantly reduce the temperature in the interior.
Gealan
The company produces profile systems for “smart” windows, which are easy to install and operate.
