Parallel sliding doors have the following operating mechanism: the movable sash travels relative to the sash in a static position (it can be a blind or pivoting sash) along guide rails, which are located at the top or bottom of the opening. If the width of the sliding sash is less than 944 mm, its height cannot exceed the width by more than 2.5 times. A wide opening replaced three windows
The heroes of the “Dachny Answer” program added an additional room to the house to equip a bedroom. Chose the right system
A large opening was planned for panoramic glazing to open up the space as much as possible. “Initially, the project specified a portal structure with solid glazing on the sides. We analyzed the requirements and discussed the project objectives with the designer. Based on this, they proposed installing SIEGENIA PORTAL PSK Comfort, scheme A, since this design ideally solved the tasks: increase insolation, save space in the room and create access to the street,” explains Alexey Mikhailov. Technical nuances and limitations of use
The PSK type portal has a special finishing system that ensures a smooth ride.
The systems are highly airtight, surpassing conventional PVC windows in this indicator. The clamping is carried out along the entire perimeter of the structure, with its maximum size being at 14 points.
The parallel sliding door system is equipped with elongated handles for locking. The large lever makes it easy to control even the heaviest structures.
