Roto fittings for plastic doors

The use of conventional window fittings for entrance groups is unacceptable. Doors have a high frequency of opening. Door hardware consists of closers, hinges, stops, locks and handles. To ensure a high level of burglary resistance, rail multipoint locking devices are used. To prevent damage to the wall finishing, limiters made of metal or rubber elements are used. The use of a closer for entrance groups ensures a tight fit of the door leaf, which affects the level of thermal and acoustic insulation. Good tightness will avoid drafts and save energy and heating costs. Door closers are used more often in public and commercial premises.

Installation

First, prepare the doorway for installation. It is cleaned of old finishing material and primed, which allows you to remove dust and increase adhesion with polyurethane foam when the structure is sealed. The plastic door leaf is supplied disassembled, so you need to assemble it: start with the vertical elements, then add horizontal parts. The glass is secured using silicone sealant.

The door frame is fixed in the opening. Then install the stop under the threshold and check the quality of the frame location. Fixation is carried out with anchors. The assembled door leaf is attached to the frame using hinges and canopies. Then the entrance structure is closed and proceed to filling all the leaks between the wall and the frame, using polyurethane foam. When the material dries, the excess is cut off. Then the slopes are installed.

Accessories

These are auxiliary elements that enhance the reliability of the door and ensure installation on the frame. Accessories for entrance plastic products:
