If the handle moves too tightly, the problem is usually in the door itself and after the appropriate adjustment is completed, everything returns to normal. If after adjustment the handle remains the same tight, then it is often necessary to change the lock. You can try lubricating it with a special composition that does not contain acids or resins.

Dismantling

Sometimes the design needs to be removed from the box for ease of use. How to remove a plastic balcony door? Before this, you need to unscrew all the adjusting screws from the hinges and then:

Open the door slightly and lift it 1–2 cm, using a pry bar as a lever;
Push the axle cylinder downwards using pliers or a side cutter;
To release the axial part of the cylinder at the lower hinges, you need to tilt the handle slightly;
Then the axle is simply removed.

The door is placed back like this:

Place the structure on the hinges from above;
A pin is put on the bottom loop and the position of the remaining parts of the block is adjusted;
The door is left ajar without securing the lock;
The axial cylinders are mounted on hinges.

All that remains is to put on the plastic caps and check the operation of the door.
