I liked the features of this profile.

But after communicating with their representative, the impression was not very good.

Firstly, I agreed on a meeting with a representative on a certain day.

On the appointed day, closer to the appointed time, I call this very representative.

And I have other things already planned.

It feels like they are specially taught this there!

This same representative, clearly in a boyish way, gave me a plan on bent fingers that there is no one better than them and there will not be anyone.

And the rest of the profiles don’t hold a candle to them.

To confirm his words, he took out of the bag some kind of dirty piece of sash, with a wall thickness of probably 1.8-2 mm and said:

- look how handsome he is!

He quickly responded to my remark about the thickness of the walls with the remark:

— Have you seen a profile with a wall thickness of 3 mm recently?

— Now everyone has been switching to thinner walls for a long time, since selling with a thick wall is expensive and not profitable!

When I showed how this piece of profile deforms in my hands under light pressure, he stated:

- So with stupidity and X.. you can break

Next, he takes out a piece of generously lubricated rubber seal from the bag, and calmly places it right in front of me, on my PAPER!!!

Seeing this, I decide that it’s time to call it a day, and I make it clear to him!

Apparently realizing his failure, he begins to persuade me to purchase from them the cheapest seal in the area.

And he gives me the example of one local company, and a couple of other companies that I have never even heard of.

Ultimately, our conversation with him did not end with anything.

And the system that interested me, as it turned out later, was produced only over the hill.

And the price for it in Russia is not at all fun.

And as I was told later, things are going very poorly for them, they only sell one seal...

Welding of the sash profile is carried out using special sulags with limiting knives (Fig. 1). Tsulagi must be adjusted to the geometry of the seal and profile being welded so that no deformation occurs during the welding process.

To soften the weld bead that forms a seal under the glass unit during welding, the following options exist:

special devices that limit welding height, installed on the machine (an additional option that can be purchased from the equipment manufacturer, if provided for by the design of the machine) (Fig. 2);
using available means, pressing on the seal welding site at the time of welding or immediately after welding on the weld bead.

Cleaning the weld

Cleaning the welded corner of the frame is carried out using a standard cutter designed for processing a profile without a pressed seal.

Cleaning of the welded corner of the sash is carried out in accordance with the milling contour (Fig. 3.1 and 3.2). The milling contour has been changed compared to the milling contour of the sash profile without a pressed-in seal.

Treatment of internal surfaces.

To process the resulting weld beads on the rebate and overlap under the glass unit, it is recommended to use the following devices:

When using other devices, care must be taken that they do not damage the seal.

Milling the end of the impost

When milling the end of the impost, standard cutters are used, which are used to mill the profile of the impost without a pre-inserted seal.
