What worries me is that somehow we won’t have to change all the entire seal contours for free on some of our glazed houses. And this is no less than an average of 5,000 linear meters of work.

I ask for advice from those processors and installers who have already encountered this problem and are forced to fight, tell me what to do about this problem?

Perhaps there was a one-time failure in profile extrusion in 2006-2007, that is, at the very beginning?

Can you post photos or outline how to remove the “lump” in a semi-automated production where cleaning is not manual, where today’s production volumes are 70-110 blocks per day?
