I'll start from the very beginning. We planned to change the windows a long time ago, but somehow never got around to it. But when we got there, I thought my brain couldn’t handle such a volume of information. We began to choose where to buy windows, and it turns out that there are now a million companies that are ready to replace them. At the same time, we interviewed all friends, acquaintances, and relatives. In general, we settled on KALEVA and PLAFEN windows. When we arrived at the office, we really liked the service, they painted everything so beautifully, showed us everything, we almost decided to go with these windows. Then my husband began asking specific questions about window installation, but the manager could not answer us clearly. In the second store, of course, the premises themselves were modest, but we were impressed by the fact that everything was clearly laid out for us, and my husband received answers to all our questions. Well, in general, they didn’t buy into the pretentious speeches and chose PLAFEN. The master arrived and took measurements (by the way, he arrived at a time that was convenient for me). By the way, when they installed the doors, we had to wait all day; they couldn’t even tell us the exact delivery time. But let’s get back to the windows. Then a week later, on the weekend, the craftsmen arrived with the finished windows in one day, removed all the rubbish, told us what to do if, God forbid, something breaks, and left. About a month has passed, honestly, I’m very pleased with the windows, they look so beautiful and elegant. I wanted to say a big thank you to the guys Evgeniy and Alexander, well done, they work quickly.
