Series produced
L-line is the standard series with an incomparable glossy surface.
It has an affordable price. Three-chamber systems having a width of 60 mm. Possible thickness of double-glazed windows is 24 mm and 32 mm. E-line is an improved 4-chamber PVC system with a 60 mm installation width. They can be equipped with single-chamber double-glazed windows (24 mm) or double-glazed windows - up to 32 mm.
T-Line - five-chamber, 70 mm wide - developed in 2010. It is loved by customers of plastic windows in Moscow for its high resistance to harsh climatic conditions. The system uses the latest developments of the company (3 patents for inventions). Installing a 32-mm double-glazed window, deeper than the usual one recessed into the profile, will reduce heat loss.
S-line is an elite series with a mounting width of 75 mm, having a 5-chamber structure. It is characterized by an elegant design, high frost resistance and increased heat-shielding properties.
Plafen T-line
The T-line standard-class system can be safely used in the manufacture of windows for use in most regions of the Russian Federation.
Five internal chambers and a 70mm installation depth significantly reduce heat loss through frames and sashes. The profiles are specially adapted for the installation of double-glazed windows with increased thickness, which makes it possible to assemble from them both warm and quiet windows. Due to the low height of the frame and sash, these models have high light transmittance. Plafen T-line windows are designed in such a way that even in severe frosts ice does not form on them. The increased seating depth of the glass unit minimizes the risk of condensation, therefore preventing fogging and subsequent freezing of water around the perimeter of the sashes. Although this system belongs to the standard class, improved premium category profiles were developed on its basis. In terms of thermal characteristics, T-Line windows are slightly inferior to the latest Plafen line.

Plafen profile systems
Specialists from the Austrian company Greiner helped develop the design of profile systems, making Plafen windows look modern and elegant. Employees from Europe also took part in the preparation of the PVC mixture. Its balanced composition allows Plafen windows to be used in conditions of prolonged frost for at least 40 years. The best equipment from German and Austrian companies is used for profile extrusion. Thanks to a set of measures, the durability of A-class systems, subject to operating rules, can reach 60 years.
The peculiarity of Plafen systems is that they are all compatible with anti-burglary fittings. This allows, at the customer’s request, to increase the safety class of all windows – economy, standard and premium class models. Profiles can be reinforced with closed or open steel liners, thanks to which buyers independently determine the level of rigidity and weight of the finished structures. Other advantages of the systems include the following:
- reliable fastening of hinges;
- service life 40-60 years (depending on the class of the system);
- Possibility of completing with extended seal;
- high strength of welded joints;
- reliable installation of double-glazed windows.
Plafen is a profile that, regardless of the series, can be laminated on one or both sides. To perform such a complex procedure, Kleiberit adhesive composition and decorative films LG and Hornschuch are used. These components are manufactured in Germany and South Korea. The warehouse program includes the 5 most popular decors - “Mahogany”, “Dark Oak”, “Golden Walnut”, “Gray Brown Oak”, “Golden Oak”. In total, manufacturers have more than 25 colors at their disposal. However, when choosing other decors, window production times increase.
Profiles ONLY of the highest class “A”
According to GOST 30673-99 “PVC profiles for window and door blocks” in terms of the thickness of the internal walls, ALL of our profiles are the highest class “A” - the thickness of their front wall is at least 3 mm.
GOST standards for different classes:
- class “A”: front wall not less than 3.0 mm
- class “B”: front wall not less than 2.5 mm
- class “C”: wall thickness is not standardized
Please note that 80-90% of the Russian market are classes “B” and “C” and only 10-20% are class “A” profiles. At the same time, VEKA’s assortment includes ONLY class “A” profiles.
We fundamentally DO NOT use profile systems of classes “B” and “C” (with a front wall width of less than 3.0 mm).
Production Features
The Plafen profile, reviews of which are mostly positive, may differ in structure. The company offers products of different thicknesses, designed for the use of different double-glazed windows. For the production of products, equipment such as Kraus Maffei, Cincinnati Extrusion of German and Austrian production is used. Raw materials are most often purchased in Austria from Raimelt. The production capacity of the Russian plant allows the production of up to 130 tons of profiles per day.
To obtain a uniform mixture without voids, a modern mixing unit is used, on which the quality of future products largely depends. The system is controlled by a computer program, and the entire process is fully automated, so possible errors made by the operating personnel are excluded.
The mixture turns out to be homogeneous and uniform, due to which, after extruding the profile, high-quality products are obtained. The amount of ingredients added to the future Plafen profile is strictly controlled by computer. These processes are also performed automatically. The composition can be adjusted, since the system has the ability to check the mixture using a visual inspection on the monitor.
ONLY frost-resistant profiles
According to GOST 30673-99 “PVC profiles for window and door units” for resistance to climatic influences, ALL of our profiles are “frost-resistant” - for areas with an AVERAGE monthly air temperature in January BELOW minus 20°C.
GOST standards for different classes:
- normal version “N”: the average temperature in January is minus 20°C and above
- frost-resistant version “M”: the average temperature in January is lower than minus 20°C

Heat transfer resistance (thermal thermal resistance) is the main thermal insulation coefficient. It is determined by the ratio of the temperature difference between the outside and inside the room to the heat flow passing through the window. The higher this number, the better the insulation performance.

AirDrive I, II and III climate control systems
Optimal ventilation mechanisms are built into the windows - the sashes open slightly by 1-5 mm, depending on the selected mode.
These are NOT external devices (combs or valves), but BUILT-IN ventilation fittings. Three options:
- AirDrive I: slot ventilation (1 mode)
- AirDrive II: discrete multi-stage ventilation (3 modes)
- AirDrive III: discrete multi-stage ventilation (5 modes)
We try not to place combs based on their appearance (only at your request). In principle, we do not use valves due to the fact that they violate the integrity of the window, reduce its tightness and strength (since the profile and its reinforcement are drilled through).
