Along with automatic gluing, non-standard designs can be glued using a manual OTTO-CHEMISTRY pneumatic gun. It is used when it is necessary to glue non-standard structures that are not intended for gluing using robots.
The glazing bead is cut using a high-speed four-beam automatic glazing bead cutter, which makes it possible to produce a set of glazing beads for a double-hung window unit in one cut.
It should be noted that the STERN company is the first enterprise in Russia that began mass automatic production of window structures with glued-in double-glazed windows and itself produces three types of profiles for gluing.

This profile seemed to us to be optimal in terms of price-quality ratio. The windows have three air chambers, which provides excellent thermal insulation, and sounds from the street are practically inaudible when the window is closed. The fittings are also of very high quality, all the handles work perfectly, nothing sticks or breaks. In winter, the windows performed remarkably well, they kept the heat in, the temperature in the apartment did not drop below 23 degrees even in the most severe frosts, although previously it had reached 18 degrees. We are pleased with the new windows.

In this situation, of course, the dealer is to blame. But in order not to be left with a hole in the wall in winter, you can measure the window opening yourself, at least from the inside. It is the opening, not the frame. Take several measurements at different points. Before they take out your old window, try on the new one. All its sides should fit into the opening like family.
