Extrusion of Wintech profiles is carried out using German and Austrian equipment. The rigid unplasticized PVC used for the production of systems is characterized by high impact strength. The mixture for plastic extrusion is prepared taking into account the future operation of windows in Russian climatic conditions. We spent a long time choosing which ones to take and decided to go with Wintech isotech 532. We were satisfied with the number of cameras and their technical characteristics. First, they came to us and measured all the dimensions, and also took into account all the subtleties, which way the balcony doors and windows open, how long the window sill is, and more. Production took about two weeks. Then they arrived, dismantled the old ones and began installation. It took a day and a half to install two balconies and another window. The workers did everything perfectly and smoothly, and there was still room for finishing. Overall we are happy with the windows. They are optimal in width, in my opinion. At first there was a bit of a rubber smell from them, but everything disappeared within a day. They open smoothly, don’t let in any cold, and in summer they block out the sun’s rays a little. There are no complaints about their quality, the handles turn smoothly, during operation everything opens and closes like a clock, nothing needs to be tightened.
