The company's website says that it is the official representative of Rehau in Moscow and the Moscow region. FALSE - the REHAU representative office denied this information and, moreover, reported that they do not have representatives in Moscow and the Moscow region and this company illegally uses their trademark in its name. Unfair marketing: prices on the website do not correspond to reality - prices for similar windows are reported over the phone at 1.5-2 times higher. When asked why the price is different, the answer is that it is impossible to sell windows at such low prices and this is just “marketing” (to attract buyers). However, the real cost of glazing, announced by the surveyor, differs by another 1.5-2 times from the price announced over the phone. It is impossible to leave a review on the company’s website - only positive and enthusiastic reviews written by employees are available, which was listed as of June 1, 2014 on the company’s website (https://rehau-portal.ru/) and was also listed on other websites (https: //mosoknadm.ru/kontakty) and Form Windows LLC (https://formokna.ru/kontakty). Having contacted Domostroy LLC, I was informed that there were no others at the specified address. Currently, the website of Windows Rehau LLC shows a new address “Mr. Moscow, st. Borisovskie Prudy, 16K2" (https://rehau-portal.ru/contacts/). When asked to provide the full name of the general director, employees of Okna Rehau LLC (by phone) provided me with conflicting information - first “Eldar Mansurovich Sabitov”, then “Petr Valerievich Khramov”. My request to Rehau Windows LLC for installation instructions remained unanswered - they informed me that this is a trade secret and such information is not provided to clients. Moreover, the real REHAU company provided such instructions without any problems. Order history: 1. Delivery: careless handling of the profile when unloading and bringing it into the apartment - they threw it on the asphalt, did not disassemble it before bringing it into the apartment (the profile is quite heavy), they communicated with me using obscenities. According to the employees, the company that carried out the delivery is a manufacturer of window blocks from the REHAU profile and has nothing to do with it. 2. Installation: 2 times the installers did not arrive at the agreed time - they did not warn, did not call. When I called to find out their location, they suggested that I look for them on my own and find out where they are by providing the mobile phone number of the installers. At this stage, the attempt to terminate the contract was unsuccessful - it was drawn up in such a way that the company is not responsible for anything and the advance will not be returned. 3. Installation: as a result, the installation team arrived very late - instead of 16.00 at 21.00. As it turned out later - this team (2 people) consisted of specialists who were not employees of Rehau Windows LLC - they learned about the need for installation at my address at approximately 19.00, and initially arrived at the wrong address. During installation, they used remnants of materials of dubious origin, squeezing out the last drops from several tubes of sealant, for example. The team didn't even have a stepladder - without a stepladder installation was impossible. 4. Installation result: no receipts were provided for payment under the contract. The installation order was violated - a 3-meter heavy profile (2 70mm double-glazed windows and an additional additional profile), consisting of 2 separate window blocks of 1.5 meters each, is supported by 2 fasteners on the top and sides and is not reinforced in any way from below. The mounting wedges under the window are pressed out with mounting foam. The seam has not been waterproofed - the surveyor did not warn that waterproofing will be paid for additionally, but said that the installation is carried out according to German standards and GOST. According to GOST, it is necessary to fasten the profile around the entire perimeter with metal anchor bolts or mounting plates and there should be several times more fastening points; fastening to polyurethane foam is not allowed, all joints of the profile must be foamed, sound insulation must be installed - under wind load the profile will loosen over time.
