In an ordinary apartment, the optimal place would be a balcony.
Preparation
First you need to remove all the trash from the balcony and throw it away or move it to the garage or take it out to the dacha. Next, you need to think about a place for shelves on which the necessary things that cannot be gotten rid of will be stored. Ideally, these are drawers or closed, spacious shelves closed with doors.
