The REHAU INTELIO window system combines all the advantages of the company's innovative solutions. INTELIO is the latest development from REHAU, which is a multi-chamber system with optimal height combinations of main profiles, which ensures a combination of high thermal insulation properties with maximum light transmission. The increased depth of the glazing rebate to 66 mm allows the installation of 2-chamber double-glazed windows with a depth of 44 mm using the most common 14.5 mm bead. This solution is not only maximally warm, but thanks to it it became possible to use special glasses that provide exceptional sound insulation (at least 36 dB(A)). As a result, the noise level inside the room is halved, making REHAU INTELIO the quietest windows available today. The INTELIO system is capable of creating a modern family a comfortable environment for rest, work and study. Main system characteristics:

The doors, made in two design options (with a rounded edge and a traditional one with a beveled edge on the street side), are equipped with convection limiters. The convection limiter is another innovative technical solution from REHAU. This is an additional sealing petal extruded into the sash glazing rebate; after installing the filling (a double-glazed window or an opaque sandwich panel), it divides the air space around it into 2 autonomously operating pre-chambers and thus helps reduce heat loss as a result of reduced air convection in the glazing rebate space. The REHAU INTELIO window system provides two contours of welded seals, the material and shape of which have proven themselves to be excellent in the innovative REHAU GENEO® system. A new type of seal allows you to ensure maximum tightness of window and balcony door units made from REHAU INTELIO profiles, while they open and close with minimal effort. Reinforcement of the INTELIO system with a standard size of 35x28 mm, standard for most REHAU systems, allows you to save space in the warehouse of components and optimize the cutting of reinforcement. The supply program includes a full set of additional profiles. White profiles are standardly equipped with gray welded seals, laminated ones are equipped with black ones, and for repair purposes it is suggested to use seals made of TPE or EPDM. To produce window and balcony door blocks from profiles of the REHAU INTELIO system, no special machines, devices or fittings are required. The new profile system is present in the window calculation program REHAU REF 6.33; upon customer request, data can be provided for setting up any other programs and processing equipment.
