The ELEX profile has been manufactured since 2006 in Krasnodar at a new plant owned by Yug-Profile-Systems LLC. The production lines for profile systems are equipped with German extruders MAFFEI, WEBER and KRAUSS. Regardless of the type of system, ELEX profiles are equipped with two sealing contours, which are quite sufficient to ensure tightness. PVC window has a snow-white color and a glossy surface. It can withstand thermal effects of 150 °C for up to half an hour. At this temperature for 30 minutes the profile does not swell, delaminate or crack.
The plant in Krasnodar is additionally equipped with the Italian WPR line for single- and double-sided lamination of profiles with “Golden Oak”, “Mahogany” and “Dark Oak” films. With exactly the same decors, the company produces plastic window sills for completing window blocks.
