The cavities (grooves) for fittings are designed for products from well-known European manufacturers, which makes it possible to produce a sash with a height of up to 2400 - 3000 mm, a width of up to 1300 - 2000 mm, and a maximum weight of up to 200 kg. Accordion-type windows and doors allow you to increase the opening rate to 95% and their design can accommodate from 1 to 6 folding frames.
Technical features
The system is designed for the production of “warm” windows, doors, entrances and stained-glass windows. The system is based on aluminum three-chamber profiles of racks and crossbars with a thermal break of 24 mm. The installation thickness of the main profiles is 74 mm, the thickness of the window sashes is 83.5 mm. Using special profiles, doors and sashes can be easily mounted into any façade system (SIAL KP50, SIAL KP50K and SIAL KP60). The post-transom system is attached to the opening or to the supporting structures of the building.
The racks and crossbars are connected to each other using aluminum mortgages. Double-glazed windows (or other filling) are fixed in the frame or sash using polyethylene linings and secured with glazing beads. Various sealants are used to seal joints and fillings.

Aluminum mortgages and steel corners inserted into the corners of frames and sashes provide the necessary strength and rigidity of the structure.
