Installation of drives

The indicator light signals that the window is closed. Automatic windows with chain drives show a high opening speed of 40mm/s, although they have a relatively low protection class. For window widths over 1500 mm, the use of two parallel-connected drives ensures the joint use of a thermal overload protection system. If one of the two drives fails, the other is also switched off and prevents the window from deforming. Reliability of operational properties, ease of installation and original design allow the use of chain drives on most windows and transoms of various designs and types.

• The spindle drive is an excellent automatic mechanism for conditions of limited working space, in which it is necessary to open and close transoms and windows of medium weight (force up to 450 N) at high speed (40 mm/s). These automatic drives are offered with a supply voltage of 230 V AC, have a high protection class, with a working mechanism output of 180 mm or 300 mm. The spindle drive can withstand high loads and is ideally used for operating strip windows, top-hung windows, vertical sashes and multi-pane windows. The compact layout and easy-to-place design of the product allows for convenient installation and is a decisive criterion in conditions of cramped spatial placement. In addition, the spindle drive for automatic window opening operates silently at a fairly high opening speed.

• rack and pinion drive - designed specifically for use on commercial and industrial sites where it is necessary to close and open massive skylights, transoms and skylights. Despite the fact that rack and pinion drives have a lower opening speed, about 8 mm/s, they can operate with an opening force of up to 650 N. At the same time, the high protection class allows the operation of rack and pinion drives directly in the area of ​​direct influence of various climatic factors. It is also important that rack and pinion drives can be connected in parallel, and also have modifications with a working mechanism output of 750, 550, 350, 230 and 170 mm. The devices operate on 24 V DC or 230 V AC power. Stability, safety and versatility are the main features of these drives. Therefore, a wide variety of application possibilities are offered, from ventilation systems to chimney systems. The drive is easy to install and requires minimal maintenance. An important advantage of the latest modifications of these devices is the ability to complete the system with a special adapter for locking the fitting mechanism along the entire perimeter of the window sash. Systems come with one or two electrically driven shears. The opening force for these devices is calculated by specialists using technological tables, and depends on the overall parameters of the window sash.

• automatic ventilation systems - designed mainly for private use, they have very compact dimensions and an elegant design. Part of the drive mechanism is hidden inside the frame and sash, and the visible parts do not spoil the aesthetics of the window. They can be located both on Euro-windows and on doors. Most often, a transom window serves to ventilate the room.

Opening mechanism

The opening mechanism uses standard rotary fittings. The only difference is that the sash moves in a horizontal plane. In this case, the device has a conventional rectangular shape.
