Brusbox windows were first presented in 2004. An important event for the Russian construction market took place in Moscow at the “Windows and Facades” exhibition. At this international event, a new domestic manufacturer presented its first basic system - “BRUSBOX - 60”. The profile presented at that time was developed on the basis of the best technologies that leading Western companies used to produce their products. The brand owners then promised that Russian systems would be able to compete on equal terms with the profiles of well-known brands from Europe, and they kept their word. Products manufactured under TM Brusbox are not inferior in quality to profile systems from well-known brands. The Brusbox systems manufacturing plant built in Bryansk is currently equipped with 28 modern co-extrusion lines. Equipment for the production of profiles was supplied by the German company KraussMaffei Technologies GmbH. Modifiers and stabilizers to improve the properties of plastic are supplied to the plant from France and Germany, and the main raw materials are from Russian partners. Brusbox profile systems
The Brusbox profile was initially developed taking into account our climatic conditions: extreme cold, gusty winds and plenty of snow, as well as frequent changes in freezing and thawing cycles.
Windows assembled from it are designed for use in Russian weather conditions and can easily withstand frosts down to -20 °C. Brusbox systems are represented by a line of 5 series and in 2016 they were supplemented with sliding windows. Profiles have different numbers of chambers and mounting depths. To complete the systems, elastic counter seals are used, which are supplied by the German company. The base color of Brusbox profiles is white, but it is possible to color the plastic in bulk or single- and double-sided lamination with 72 types of films. The decorative coating is produced by Renolit LLC. The lamination procedure is carried out by the manufacturer of the profile systems itself, so high reliability of adhesion of the films to the plastic base is guaranteed. AirDrive I, II and III climate control systems
Optimal ventilation mechanisms are built into the windows - the sashes open slightly by 1-5 mm, depending on the selected mode.
These are NOT external devices (combs or valves), but BUILT-IN ventilation fittings. Three options:
