Compatibility of Knipping_70 with KBE _70
- Knipping_70 is processed with the same tools (cutters, tsulags) as KBE _70 mm due to the coincidence of the external geometry of the profile.
- The external geometry of the Knipping_70 beads differs from KBE and Gutwerk, but the “legs” of the beads are compatible. To process them, original tsulagi inserts are required.
- KBE stand, additional and expansion profiles are suitable, including color.
- Steel: frame and sash are standard 207 steel, mullion is 604 steel.
- Impost connector: V 380.
- Seal: suitable art. 254, 255, 227, 228.
- Fittings: standard for KBE _70 mm, locking elements are the same.

Is the profile compatible with KBE 58?
Firstly, the external geometry of the window frame and sash coincides with KBE 58 mm, but you need to take into account that its impost has a slightly different geometry. Secondly, the presented profile is processed with identical tools as KBE. Milling cutters and tsulags are quite suitable for this. You will also not have problems with the selection of glazing beads, since KBE and GW will match the new profile even in the color scheme. This also applies to support, additional and expansion KBE profiles. The frame and sashes of the Knipping profile are made of standard steel (207), impost (30x20x2). It can be found quite easily on the building materials market.
Thirdly, regarding the mullion connector, V337 will not fit, you need to choose V3371 with the supplied profine. The sealant is ideally suited Art. 254, 255, 227, 228. There will be no special problems with fittings and locking parts - choose something that is 100% suitable for KBE 58.
How to decrypt correctly
profile marking?
You will notice special markings on the frame rebates, sashes and mullions, applied using a special laser method. It contains useful information for the consumer, but not everyone knows how to correctly decipher it for themselves. "PVC" means the material from which the profile is made. "KNIPPING-58" is the name of the window profile brand. The following numbers 9071 indicate the article number of its geometry. The letter “M” confirms that the profile you have chosen is frost-resistant. “GOST 30673-99” - here it is quite clear that the information indicates GOST PVC profiles for window and door units.
