How is this done? Production of laminated veneer lumber for wooden windows.

Our plant works with the largest supplier of laminated veneer lumber in Russia. Now we will tell you in detail and show you (see the video at the end of this article!) how the entire production process is organized! Let's start the story with the fact that the company occupies 17 hectares of area and considers its main product to be multi-layer window beams using radial cut lamellas. Angarsk pine and Siberian larch are used as the main material.

95% of products are supplied to the European and Scandinavian markets, and 5% goes to the Russian market. So we can say that the Czech Republic, Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Norway, Sweden, France use exactly the same window beams in the manufacture of windows as our supplier plant in St. Petersburg (Pushkin). In 2009, the production was the first in Russia to receive an IFT certificate from the German Institute of Window Technology (Rosenheim, Bavaria). It can be argued that this institute is a guarantor of product quality and the received certificate confirms that the company’s products comply with the requirements of the European directive “Laminated wood profiles for window frames. − Requirements and control"

Radial cutting workshop

Next, the round timber is supplied to the radial sawing area. All equipment for these purposes (feeding to the workshop, board sorting, waste disposal + additional equipment) was completely designed and installed by the German company EWD.

The controls are simple. Like in a computer game
